Our “Oronero” tool holders are made of a special CrTi steel, dimensionally controlled (with an optic scanner able to detect a 0.0001 error) and balanced to 12.500 RPM. Then they are heat-treated against oxidation with a chemical process which allows them to resist more than 200 hours in the salt spray chamber. They are available for any CNC machine.
